Don’t eat late at night
Getting sufficient rest allows the skin to replenish itself at night, so adequate sleep means bright, fresh-looking skin. When we sleep, our skin has its own circadian rhythm, where it performs certain functions at certain times throughout the night.
If you do not get a whole night’s sleep, you may well be missing out on the opportunity for your skin to renew and repair itself. Inadequate sleep has the same effect on the body and hormone levels as stress.
Late-night eating can cause indigestion and could potentially interrupt your sleep and prevent these critical renewal processes from taking place.
Change your mindset
Aging is not simply down to genetics; we are increasingly aware that how we approach our health determines how our bodies function.
We know that meditation helps to reduce stress levels in the body, and stress has been shown to accelerate the ageing process.

Choosing to make better lifestyle choices such as eating a balanced healthy diet, exercising, meditating, and getting enough sleep will promote a healthier mindset to deal with life in general and slow your aging process.
Use a Humidifier
